Why ALDC
The Compounding Advantage
Enterprise Intelligence gives your organization the ability of Compounding Advantage.
The system gets smarter every day. Every session teaches the next one — and no competitor can shortcut what only time and real-world use can build.
Day 1
Connect your data. Intelligence begins immediately.
Day 90
Patterns emerge. Cross-references deepen. Answers sharpen.
Year 1
Institutional knowledge no competitor can replicate.
Every section below is evidence of how this advantage compounds.
The Intelligence Multiplier
Enterprise AI solutions like Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude are powerful tools — and your team should absolutely keep using them. ALDC doesn't replace these platforms. We augment them with a purpose-built intelligence layer that connects your supply-chain data, regulatory knowledge, and operational context to the AI tools your team already relies on.
What frontier AI does well today
Summarize CFIA regulatory amendments and cite Canada Gazette sources
Answer general questions about RFID tagging, premises ID, and SFCR obligations
Draft compliance procedures, producer communications, and grant applications
Remember prior conversations and browse the web for regulatory updates
These capabilities are real and improving fast. The question isn't whether they work — it's what they can't reach.
What no single AI model can do alone
No organizational knowledge
They remember conversations — but not your herd records, your movement history, your premises data, or your compliance posture across seasons. There’s no shared knowledge base that compounds across your operation or your industry association.
No curated traceability layer
They can search the web, but they can’t ingest, structure, and maintain CFIA amendments, provincial PID registries, CLTS movement data, and SFCR obligations in a single evidence base. You get search results, not a maintained regulatory picture.
No producer-specific context
They don’t know your herd size, your feedlot partners, your auction mart relationships, or how Alberta’s RFID rebate program interacts with federal compliance timelines. Every query is answered as if for a stranger.
No cross-system reasoning
They analyze regulations one at a time. They can’t map how domestic and export rules interact across your actual supply chain — from cow-calf to feedlot to packer to export market.
Eclipse + Zeus Memory + Zeus Chat
Three systems that sit underneath your team's existing AI tools and give them something they don't have: your traceability data, your producer records, and a memory that compounds.
Eclipse
Data Platform
Ingests and structures regulatory data from CFIA, provincial registries, and CLTS. Connectors to movement databases, RFID systems, and grain quality records. The foundation everything else builds on.
Zeus Memory
Context Layer for AI
Organizational knowledge that persists and compounds. Every movement record, every regulatory change, every producer interaction makes the system smarter. This is the layer no standalone AI has.
Zeus Chat
Evidence Engine
Conversational interface powered by an intelligent model router that adapts as models evolve. Routes each task to the best frontier AI — Anthropic for reasoning, Gemini for multimodal, OpenAI for generation, Voyage AI for search.
Connected to your team's preferred tools through open integration protocols. Your team keeps what they already use — the intelligence layer works behind it.
What Producer can do for the industry that it cannot do without this
Trace an animal’s full movement history from birth premises to processing — in seconds, not days
Map a producer’s compliance exposure across CFIA, provincial PID, SFCR, and FSMA 204 requirements before enforcement deadlines hit
Generate export-grade traceability documentation with an evidence trail linked to actual RFID scans, movement records, and CGC grades
Build cumulative industry intelligence that compounds with every tag read, every movement report, and every regulatory change
The AI models are the same ones everyone has access to.
The difference is that every task your organization runs through this system makes the next one faster, more accurate, and more valuable.
That advantage compounds — and it starts the day you begin.
The Right AI for Every Task
No single AI model is best at everything. The system automatically selects the right model for each task — fast classification for incoming documents, deep reasoning for cross-functional analysis, precision search for evidence retrieval — so your organization always gets the best available answer.
Specialized AI for Every Task
The system adapts as AI models improve — always routing to the best fit for each task
How the Intelligence Layer Works

Deliver
Dashboards & Reports
Purpose-built views for operations, strategy, and decision-making
Ask & Learn
Conversational interface that answers questions with cited evidence — and improves with every interaction
The AI models powering this system are available to anyone. What isn't available is the intelligence they've built on your data, your team's questions, and your organization's institutional knowledge.
One Organizational View. Unlimited Perspectives.
What if your CLTS databases, provincial premises registries, CFIA systems, producer spreadsheets, and auction records could all talk to each other? ALDC's platform ingests all of it into a single, holistic organizational layer — then generates as many purpose-built views as the industry requires.

Which CFIA movement reporting requirements conflict with FSMA 204 traceability rules for our Alberta beef producers exporting to the US?
Two active conflicts identified. The primary friction: CFIA requires movement reporting within 7 days of an animal arriving at a new premises, using CLTS tag-based records. FSMA 204 requires lot-level traceability with Key Data Elements (KDEs) at each Critical Tracking Event (CTE) — a fundamentally different data model. An Alberta feedlot shipping finished cattle to a US packer must maintain parallel documentation: CFIA movement records by individual RFID tag, plus FSMA 204 lot-level CTEs with corresponding KDEs for the same shipment.
Every answer is traceable. Every source is cited. And every confidence score rises as the system ingests more of your organization's knowledge.
The answers you get in month twelve are categorically better than month one — because the evidence base has been compounding since day one.
Unmatched Capability
Deliver something for your members that no one else can.
Enterprise Intelligence isn't a product you install. It's a capability that compounds from the moment you start — turning your organization's data into an asset that grows more valuable with every interaction.
The organizations that begin first compound the furthest.
